The Board serves as unpaid volunteers who live here. Please allow a reasonable turnaround, and include your unit and a clear description of the issue so it can be acted on without a round trip.
Management company
The association is managed by Principal Management Group of Houston, an Associa company. Management handles assessments and billing, work orders, gate credential provisioning, parking permits, architectural applications, violation notices, and resale and disclosure documents.

The community manager is the first point of contact for Bayou Landing at the management company. Gate outages, maintenance issues in the common areas, permit questions and architectural applications all start here.
If an issue is not resolved
Start with the community manager and give the matter a fair chance to be worked. If it stalls, Associa’s escalation path runs as follows. Contact one level at a time, in order, and include a short history of what has already been tried — skipping levels tends to route the matter back down anyway.

- Parking permits, visitor tags, a towing question — management; see the parking page first.
- Approval for exterior work — management, in writing; see the modification request process.
- Resale certificates and disclosure packages — management.
- Board policy, elections, community suggestions — the Board.
- An emergency, a crime in progress, or a medical situation — call 911 first. Notify management afterward.
