Welcome to Bayou Landing
Bayou Landing is a gated community of about 78 townhomes on Ann Street and Runnels Street in Houston’s East End, near Guadalupe Plaza. It is governed by Bayou Landing Homeowners Association, Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation formed in 2003, directed by a volunteer board of three homeowners and administered day to day by Principal Management Group of Houston. This site gathers the things residents look up most often.

New to the neighborhood?
A short orientation for new owners and residents:
- Read the frequently asked questions. Assessments, trash collection, gate credentials and resale inspections are all covered there.
- Learn the parking rules before your first night here. Common-area parking requires a displayed permit, and enforcement runs overnight.
- Get approval before you change anything outside. Fences, paint colors, patios, doors, lighting and similar exterior work all need written approval in advance — see the Architectural Control Guidelines and the modification request process.
- Create your TownSq account. Official notices, meeting announcements and billing all run through it.
- Submit the gate access request. Credentials are issued per household after the form is received.
